You may return your order within 60 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

If the item is defective, please send a photo to our customer service team. In many cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring a return.

We aim to refund the amount within 5 business days after receiving the returned item or after approving your photographic documentation.

Please note that beauty products and items purchased on sale or at a discount cannot be returned.

You may request an exchange (e.g., different size or color) or a refund within 30 days of receipt, as long as the package is returned to a parcel center near you.

We work with multiple distribution centers, so the return address depends on the item and the reason for the return.


2️⃣ Prepare Your Package

  • Return the item in its original packaging

  • Include a note with your order number

  • Pack the item carefully to avoid damage during transit


3️⃣ Ship the Package

You are responsible for the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, such as:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

Once you have shipped the package, please contact us again at support@saymmo.com and let us know whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Important:
Our headquarters are located outside the European Union, and all returns must be sent to our supplier outside of Europe.

As soon as we have received and approved the returned item, we will send the requested replacement or issue your refund as quickly as possible.

  • Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement receive a full refund

  • Original shipping costs will be deducted from refunded amounts
